PureWash Service Processing Fee

HOW IT WORKS - 

 

1 - Submit your $39 processing fee to begin the warranty service process.

 

2 - Once your payment is processed (typically within 24–48 hours), a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you via email. 

 

3 -  Carefully package your PureWash laundry system, attach the shipping label, and send the unit to our service department (Additional Instructions Will Be Provided with Your Label)

 

4 - Once we receive your unit, our service team will begin the warranty inspection and repair process (Estimated 1-2 Business Days) 

 

5 - After service is complete, your unit will be shipped back to you and you will receive an update via email with return tracking information.

  • This processing fee covers the shipping and handling for PureWash Warranty Service Only. You May Be Contacted to Provide Additional Proof of Purchase for Verification.

  • If you choose to use your own shipping method of choice, you may also do so at your own cost. However, we do not cover any damages that may occur during shipment or lost packages. If you choose to ship the unit with your own method, please address packages to PureWash Service, 154 Norton Ave Barberton, OH 44203. A return shipping label must also be included or you will be required to process a return shipping fee before your unit is returned.
